  As someone that lives in Columbus, I'm used to paying a relatively high price for any veterinarian service. With how much I love my cat, I'm happy to pay the price when she needs help. Today was my first time at the Plain City Animal Hospital and the entire experience was positive from the first phone call to schedule. The woman who answered the phone was very engaging and genuinely interested in helping me in any way possible. As soon as I entered the building I received a very friendly greeting and was taken care of immediately. The technician that was assigned to me was friendly, professional, and most importantly, patient with my frightened cat. When the doctor came in she was also friendly, engaging, professional, and genuinely concerned with getting my cat back to good health. They stayed after closing to ensure the problem was resolved and made me an incredibly happy customer, especially when the bill was less than half of my regular vet office. I will definitely return to this facility, as well as recommend it to anyone with a pet they care about.
